It is one of the exemplary projects where Pramo Prefabrik has successfully implemented modern, functional and sustainable building solutions. This project, which was implemented on a total area of 4,500 m², provides high comfort and efficiency by optimising both the working and living areas of the construction site personnel.
While the high-ceilinged prefabricated cafeteria building built within the scope of the project offers a spacious and hygienic dining area, the multi-purpose building is designed as an office on the lower floor and a dormitory on the upper floor, meeting both administrative needs and accommodation requirements.
Themanagement office building, with its integrated cafeteria section, offers common use to both management and staff. In addition, within the scope of the project, the existing 18 containers were dismantled and the 3-storey, 36-container labour dormitory building, which was built with 18 newly produced containers, provides a safe and comfortable accommodation area for the employees.
This special project developed for the Riva construction site reflects the high standards and expertise of Pramo Prefabrik in prefabricated construction site structures, modular office solutions, prefabricated dormitories and construction site living spaces.
