NEOM Project Prefabricated Site Camp

The NEOM Project, which is realised in Saudi Arabia and redefines the city life of the future, draws attention not only with its technological and architectural vision, but also with its giant scale. In this large-scale project, the 9500 m² prefabricated construction site camp, which we developed as Pramo Building Technologies to meet the accommodation needs of thousands of employees working in the field, directly contributed to both human resource management and field operations of the project.

NEOM Project Prefabricated Construction Site Buildings are specially designed to provide long-term and comfortable use in harsh desert conditions. Produced with high thermal insulation, durable prefabricated technologies and modular system features, our buildings were planned to meet various functions such as prefabricated dormitories, dining hall, social areas and offices. Despite the harsh climate of the desert, both energy efficiency and comfort levels of the buildings were kept at high standards.

The production and assembly process of the project was completed in just 3 months and was commissioned smoothly within NEOM’s dynamic construction schedule. This fast implementation process was a strong indicator of Pramo Prefabricated’s organisational capability, production capacity and experience in the field.

NEOM Project Prefabricated Site Buildings proved once again how functional, flexible and fast solutions prefabricated buildings offer, even in a climate-challenged geography such as Saudi Arabia. The project has been a reference work in which Pramo has reinforced its position not only as a building manufacturer but also as an engineering-based solution partner for global projects.
